Registered Nutritional Therapist & Intuitive Eating Coach

I followed my curiosity of the mind and body and I studied Psychology at University. I have always felt I would be best suited in a path to help people - little did I know how much personal discovery I needed first.

Thanks to the highs and lows of my twenties and the powerful influence of diet culture, I came to discover how confused and anxious I felt around food and how negative I felt about my body. I restricted, I binged, I punished myself with exercise. It was miserable.

Now that I was aware, it was time to do the work. It was a rollercoaster journey but I found freedom. I can now say from experience that life is much brighter when you’re not consumed by negative thoughts about food and your body.

Throughout this journey my fascination about food and the body flourished. I wanted to help other people through this same journey but I was also interested in nutrition and the principles of functional medicine.

So, I went on to train at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London, one of the UK's leading schools of science and evidence based Nutritional Therapy.

Thanks to the combination of my personal experience, studies and clinical experience I am now on a mission to help others escape the miserable diet cycle, to identify the root causes of their health complications, and to facilitate my clients in their journey to feeling amazing through personalised diet and lifestyle changes.

I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy as well as being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council government body.
